So I didn't blog for a while as our computer was playing up. But we did get a new one... about 3 weeks ago. I've been a bit lazy I suppose as once a bit of time goes by there are many things that have happened and I was lacking in the energy to figure out what to write and what not to write about.
The biggest thing that happened this last month was that my husband's parents visited us for two weeks! It was so wonderful to see them. We have both missed them tremendously, even though we skype each weekend it just isn't the same. They were so great with Mr. Baby and he LOVED them! They were a ready and willing audience to his antics :) They were also so helpful in taking care of him when we were out and my mother-in-law helped at bathtime every single night, which was so nice for me!
We did a lot of touristy things the first week they visited: Taronga Zoo, Sydney Aquarium, Manly Beach, Grand Pacific Drive, Symbio Wildlife Park, Kangaroo Valley, Centennial Winery. It was a busy first week! Then on the second week they took our car and headed out for a few days on their own in the Blue Mountains and the Hunter Valley. It worked out well because Mr. Baby was a little worn out from all the excursions! (So was I, but don't tell anyone...) It was such a great visit and we have all been missing them a lot since they left last Monday. sigh! Here are some pics of Mr. Baby out and about (I won't post pics of the in-laws as I don't think they'd be cool with them being on the internet!)
